Process Lubrication Analysis & Trouble-shooting Services
In this program, we schedule to visit your plant to conduct detailed survey of your plant/operations. We conduct lubrication checks on every piece of equipment installed in your process line. Some of the things we look out for includes - equipment that run hotter than normal, areas of high oil consumption, lubrication practices of oilier-men and maintenance people, lube oil storage and handling methods, possible sources of lube oil contaminants, areas of high spares consumption signaling shortened spares service life etc. Our engineers trouble-shoot during this activity and the outcomes are carefully analyzed and lubrication solutions recommended to save costs. A detailed engineering report proposing cost-avoidance savings and complete with picture clips of trouble spots is documented and delivered in a formal presentation to client's management.
